Professional trains AI around the way your organization communicates and sells: everything in Starter, with 23 hours of real-time AI coaching a month and higher limits. Advanced doubles Professional's chat, roleplay and upload limits, with 44 hours of real-time AI coaching a month. Power has four times Professional's chat, roleplay and upload limits, with 81 hours a month, for reps on live calls all day. Enterprise adds full manager dashboards, advanced admin controls, multi-call insights, and integrations.

Real-time AI coaching is the private guidance Amotions AI shows while a live call is happening. Per seat each month, Starter includes 11 hours, Professional 23 hours, Advanced 44 hours, and Power 81 hours. Only time with the live coach running counts, and limits reset on the first of each month. Basic includes 2 hours of real-time AI coaching in total. No. Each plan has separate monthly allowances: real-time AI coaching hours, AI roleplay sessions, AI chat messages, and transcript uploads. Practising in AI roleplay never uses live coaching hours, and live calls never use roleplay sessions. Professional, for example, includes 23 hours of real-time AI coaching, 100 AI roleplay sessions, 1,000 AI chat messages, and 100 transcript uploads a month.

You see a heads-up once you've used 80% of your real-time AI coaching hours. A call that is running when you hit the limit keeps its live coaching for 5 more minutes so it isn't cut off mid-conversation. After that, live coaching pauses until your paid plan's allowance resets on the first of the month (Basic's allowance is a one-time total). AI roleplay, AI chat, and post-call review keep working within their own allowances. To keep going, move up a plan (Advanced has 44 hours and Power has 81 hours per seat a month). Yes. The 30-day team pilot runs with one team of 10–15 reps and their manager: Amotions loads your playbook, scorecard and roleplay scenarios in the first week, your reps use live guidance on real calls for three weeks, and the pilot ends with a readout against three success criteria you choose at kickoff. A seat is one named user who signs in to use AI coaching, AI roleplay, real-time guidance, or post-call review. Starter, Professional, Advanced, and Power prices are per seat. Enterprise packaging for larger rollouts is quoted.

Small teams often begin on Starter for real-time AI coaching, AI roleplay, post-call insights, and coaching on their own playbooks, then move to Professional or higher when they need more real-time coaching hours.
