How do I use the desktop to listen in conversations and get live coaching?+
Download from the desktop app page. After you install and launch the Amotions AI desktop app on Mac or Windows, it starts listening automatically on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet calls. For phone calls, dialer calls, and in-person meetings, or if it does not start on its own, click the purple triangle—the Start button in the top-right of the app window. How do I change how often Amotions AI shows live suggestions?+
On the Real-time AI page, click the gear icon and drag “Maximum Suggestion Count per minute” (1 to 12, default 8). It is saved to your account. Switch the panel to Expanded view to keep every suggestion on screen. Guide: change suggestion frequency. Help center: Live suggestions.
Can Amotions AI follow my call structure and track what I have covered?+
Yes. Admins add call steps under “Playbooks” in Organization settings, and the live Playbook panel checks each step off as it is covered. Timed reminders nudge you if a key item has not come up. Call recording captures what happened so someone can review later. Real-time coaching listens during the live conversation and prompts the seller while the outcome can still change. Can I analyze recorded calls or transcripts after the meeting?+
Yes. In Post-meeting Insights, click Upload transcript and add an audio file (MP3, WAV, M4A and more) or a TXT, VTT, or SRT transcript up to 25MB for post-call analysis and coaching recommendations. Live coaching is optional; teams also score recordings or notes when they cannot run the overlay. This does not replace a native recorder if you still need compliance capture. Yes, for calls coached through Amotions. Organization admins set audio recording to Always ON, User specific (each user turns it on or off from the live coach), or Always OFF; it is off by default. When it is on, the call report has an audio player and an MP3 download.
