Yes. In-person consults use the desktop app for ambient listening when the clinic’s policy allows, or an approved recording/notes upload afterward for a scorecard. Virtual consults use a private overlay on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. Phone follow-ups use speaker audio plus the desktop app. Amotions does not join the meeting as a visible bot and does not speak to the guest.
